I Wasnt going to say anything because my mother told me if you don’t have anything nice to say; don’t say it at all. However the company has now sent me 3 emails asking for a review so here it is!! The company does not advertise correctly that the face sheilds only come with the head piece… not the actual plastic shields.
When I contacted the company about my issue and disappointment about spending 300$ on 4 shields plus an astronomical shipping fee and not receiving any face shields.. the representative by the name of Christine did NOTHING to help. Instead basically said too bad soo sad. Didn’t even offer to help with the giant shipping fee for the SECOND order I had to then purchase to get the face shields for my head piece.
This whole ordeal costed me over 500$ for 4 face sheilds. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. And @Christine from your company should be better educated on customer service practices and de escalating customers. I will tell everyone I know NEVER to deal with this company :)

Hi, I’ve been a loyal customer since the pandemic and truly appreciate your products. However, I recently encountered an issue with a batch of shields I purchased. Unfortunately, the cutouts are misaligned, which prevents the shield from securely snapping into place.
I reached out via email previously to request a refund or replacement for these defective items, but I have yet to receive a response or resolution. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter, as I rely on your products for proper PPE.
